• Newsletter and promotional offers : the email addresses collected for sending newsletters and promotional offers are kept as long as the user remains subscribed. If a user unsubscribes, his email address is kept in order to respect his choice to no longer receive marketing emails. At the user's request to the address hair@cliniquedelacroixdor.ch , his email address can be completely deleted from the clinic's CRM contact list.
